Craig Kemp

I’m Craig, a musician, songwriter, and producer. I wear a lot of hats, but at the core of it all I just love helping songs become the best version of themselves.

I’m a Melbourne-based producer and mixing engineer, and I believe the best music starts with authenticity. That means working closely with the artist, truly understanding their vision, and finding the best way to bring it to life so listeners feel what’s being said. My role is to enhance and articulate that vision, never to overshadow it.

Production isn’t about ego or forcing a sound. It’s about creating a version of the song that feels true, powerful, and connected to the heart of the artist. My goal is to make the process as inspiring as the result, a space where ideas flow, trust is built, and the final mix speaks authentically to who the artist is.

I care about the emotional core of your song.

I love working with artists who have tracks that just need that bit of polish, whether they want to lean further into their raw emotional impact or sharpen their commercial edge. I like having a clear direction on where we’re headed, but staying open to interpretations and experimentation on how we get there.

Whether it's untangling a complex arrangement, finding the exact right sonic palette to match a lyrics weight, or digging for that one honest vocal take that ties the whole production together, I'm here to find the most authentic representation of your work.

If you're looking for a producer who cares as much about the emotional core of your song as you do, let's make something real.
